Content Policy

What you can upload, how audio is handled, and what we do not allow.

Last updated: 2026-11-06

What this covers

genairap.video turns a photo you provide into a short rap-style video using a template. This policy explains what you may upload and what you may do with the result.

Photos

  • Upload only a photo you own or have explicit permission to use.
  • The photo must show a real person who has consented to appearing in a generated video. If the person is a minor, a parent or guardian must consent.
  • Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, or anyone you are impersonating.
  • Do not upload images that are sexual, violent, hateful, or that depict another person in a misleading way.

Audio and music

  • Each template uses audio that we have cleared or licensed for that template.
  • Do not upload your own music or audio unless you hold the rights.
  • We do not accept requests to reproduce a specific commercial song outside the templates we offer.

Generated videos

  • You may post videos you generate on your own channels, including commercial accounts, subject to the rights attached to the template audio and the rules of the platform you post on.
  • Do not present generated videos as authentic footage of a real person, or use them to harass, defraud, or mislead.
  • Do not use the service to create political, sexual, or violent content involving real people.

Enforcement

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend access if an upload or output violates this policy or applicable law. Reports can be sent to support@genairap.video.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
